略歴
1977年、内海みゆきの名で、キャニオンレコードからフォークソング調の「想い出踏切」でデビュー。
1979年、内海美幸と改名、エピック・ソ ニーに移籍して演歌「いのち唱」で再デビュー。「東京わすれ」「恋未練」などのシングルを出した後、1982年に「酔っぱらっちゃった」が30万枚のヒッ ト、カラオケファンに絶対的な支持を受ける。のちに美幸をみゆきと再変更しポップス歌手に転向。
1991年に結婚後、活動を休止するが2000年復帰。
現在はニュージーランド・ウェリントンに在住。現地で音楽活動を続けている。
